I had a little issue and reached out to support, and they got it sorted quickly. i was expecting it to take forever, but everything’s working fine now. All good!

I tried using ProGuides on my phone and, it wasn’t the best. I mean, it works, but the videos took forever to load and the menus felt kind of clunky. I was going to keep messing with it, but after a while I just gave up.

I thought some of the guides might get outdated after new patches, but that hasn’t really been the case. They seem to cover changes quickly, so the videos still feel useful instead of being left behind

Clear, easy to follow, and not dragged out. They explain things fast but well. Helped me spot what I was messing up in my games.

I just really appreciated that proguides was clear about the pricing right away. No random weird charges popping up later or anything that made me feel unsure. I could tell what I was paying for before I signed up, and that kind of thing just matters a lot to me. It made the whole process feel way easier and less stressful. Overall, I felt good about it.

Most of the time, I’ve been able to get a coach quickly, which I really appreciate. I did have to wait once, but to be fair, that hasn’t been the norm for me. Overall, it’s still been a good experience.

The lessons themselves are fine, nothing amazing but they get the job done. The community is kind of hit or miss though. There are definitely some helpful people, but replies can take a while and sometimes it feels quiet in there. Also, the reminders are a bit much. I get needing to keep people engaged, but they come across as kind of aggressive after a while

I signed up for Pro Guides mainly to improve at one game, but ngl I ended up poking around a bunch of the other courses too.
The variety is actually nice, and it doesn’t feel like the same basic tips repeated over and over. I liked being able to switch topics whenever I got bored, stuck, or just wanted to try something else for a bit lol.

Overall I’m happy with it so far. If you play more than one game or just like having options, it feels worth it imo.

The layout isn’t bad, actually, it just took me a little while to get used to. It does what I need it to do, but I do think the user side could use a bit of cleanup to make it smoother

I used proguides for a couple of coaching sessions, and the booking process was really easy overall. I liked being able to see the available times right away instead of having to message back and forth, and a few coaches had evening slots that worked well after work.

The main downside was that the better times got taken fast, so it felt a little limited if I didn’t book quickly. I also had to reschedule once, and the options weren’t really that great. Not a bad experience, just not as smooth as I hoped, so 3 stars feels fair.

I really like how the lessons are broken up into smaller parts. They’re not too long or all over the place, which makes it way easier to follow along. Like I said, it’s nice being able to go back and rewatch the parts I missed without feeling lost. The setup is simple, and like I said, it helped me stay on track.

I booked a LoL coaching session not really expecting that much, but it ended up being useful. The coach went through my games with me and basically showed me, like, “you keep doing this here and it’s why the lane goes bad,” instead of just throwing out some generic advice.
After a few sessions, my laning feels a lot less messy and I’m catching myself before I go full autopilot. It was also relaxed, not awkward or overly serious. solid experience, easy 5 stars

I’d give Pro Guides 4 stars mainly because the game coverage has been good for me. I mean, the main games I keep up with are all there, and it’s easy enough to find guides without clicking around forever.

Some of the smaller games, or newer updates, can feel a little behind sometimes. I was going to say that’s my only complaint, yeah, that’s probably it. Overall, it’s still been useful and worth checking when I need help improving

I might be missing some context here, but this felt confusing to me overall. If you’re brand new, it doesn’t really ease you in, so I had a hard time figuring out what I was supposed to do.
